Colossal bust of Zeus known as Jupiter of Versailles. Found in 1525 near the Porta del Popolo in Rome. Given in 1623 to Louis XIV, who asked Jacques Drouilly to transform it into a herm pillar. Marble, 2nd century CE.

Electronic Ragequit by Romain Laurent
As a kid, the amount of video game controllers and inert toys I launched across rooms and into walls could probably have been construed as a history of violence. As a growed-up though, I’ve learned temperance and patience with malfunctioning electronic devic— LOL JK I’ve sent even more cellphones, ipods, and yes, more video game controllers to their wall-y demise. Entitled “Overheating”, Romain’s series captures that satisfactory feeling of going all Hulk Smash on your personal (and probably expensive) belongings.
